In the spirit of respect and reconciliation, I acknowledge that my practices are located upon the lands that have been inhabited by Indigenous peoples from the beginning. I acknowledge the Haldimand Tract, traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishnaabe and Haudenosauonee peoples, and the ancestral lands of the Attawandaron people and the treaty lands and territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit. As a settler, I respectfully thank all the generations of people who have taken care of this land for thousands of years. I am connected to our collective commitment to make the promise and the challenge of Truth and Reconciliation real in our communities http://www.sixnations.ca/LandsResources/HaldProc.htm
